Laura Lerman’s path to real estate was anything but ordinary. In her twenties, she felt a quiet pull toward the industry but wasn’t sure where it would lead. By age 28, she found herself at a defining crossroads: newly divorced, a mother of two young children, and starting completely over with no formal education, a brand-new business idea, and just $38 in her bank account.
Driven by the unwavering support of her mother and a fierce determination to build a stable, prosperous future for her family, Laura put her head down and built a business from the ground up. For years, she ran a successful company outside real estate, mastering the art of client service, high-stakes problem solving, and hustling with heart.
That underlying passion for real estate never dimmed. In 2015, Laura made the leap, earned her real estate license, and never looked back. She founded The Lerman Team to guide people through major life transitions with kindness, strategic clarity, and an uncompromising commitment to their financial success.

With more than 20 years of experience in the finance industry and four years as a licensed real estate professional, Natalie Langel brings a unique combination of financial expertise, personal relocation experience, and a genuine passion for helping people find the right place to call home. As a key partner with The Lerman Team, she elevates client outcomes through analytical clarity and structured guidance.
Natalie has personally relocated six times, including moves from Minnesota to St. Louis, St. Louis to Chicago, Chicago to California, California to Georgia, Georgia back to California, and ultimately back to Georgia. She has purchased and sold five homes, completed her own new construction, and purchased new construction—giving her firsthand experience with many of the decisions, challenges, and emotions that come with buying and selling a home.
After choosing Johns Creek as home twice, Natalie has developed a deep appreciation for the Johns Creek and Alpharetta communities and the lifestyle they offer. As a mother with children in the State Bridge Crossing school district and an active member of the local community, she understands the importance of finding not just the right house, but the right neighborhood, schools, amenities, and community for each family.
Natalie specializes in working with buyers and clients looking to relocate or upsize. Her 20+ years in finance give her a valuable perspective on pricing, value, and the financial implications of one of the largest purchases most people will ever make. What truly sets Natalie apart is her commitment to communication and organization. Outside of real estate, Natalie enjoys everything that makes Johns Creek such a special place to call home—from its proximity to lakes, excellent amenities, and Atlanta’s international airport to its convenient access to surrounding cities. She and her family are also passionate Atlanta Falcons fans and proud season-ticket holders.

In 2021, Laura moved her practice to eXp Realty—a forward-thinking cloud brokerage model that allowed her to expand client resources, mentor rising agents, and scale her marketing reach across North Atlanta.
Beyond traditional brokerage sales, Laura and her husband, local attorney Craig Lerman, are active real estate investors. After purchasing their first rental property in 2021, they have continually expanded their personal portfolio—including 20 acres in South Louisiana connecting Laura to her roots. Their long-term vision is building a 1,500-door portfolio to secure a multi-generational family legacy.
Recognizing the massive gap in estate liquidation services, Laura and Craig co-founded Lerman Holdings, a specialized probate support entity. Working alongside trusted partners and local legal counsel, they deliver a complete, full-circle solution: liquidating personal property, managing home repairs, and guiding executors smoothly through probate property sales.
Beyond the Market
When she’s not advising clients or evaluating investment deals, Laura is usually traveling with Craig to support their kids, walking her beloved Doberman, Mazi, or dancing in the kitchen. With only one child remaining in the house, Laura and Craig are fully embracing the season of almost-empty-nesting—soaking up family time whenever everyone gathers together.
